Corporate Wellness
On-site chiropractic care for your team. No disruption to your workday.
What I offer
Desk work takes a toll.
Hours at a keyboard can contribute to neck pain, tight shoulders, and lower back stiffness. Wellness talks have their place. For teams already dealing with pain, hands-on care is often a more direct path to relief.
On-Site Chiropractic Care
I come to your office. No clinic trips, no lost productivity. Sessions cover neck pain, back pain, shoulder issues, and tension-type and neck-related headaches. Each session includes assessment, hands-on care, and practical exercises employees can do at their workstations. Cases that need further investigation are referred to the appropriate provider. Payment can be company-funded or direct employee billing.
Ergonomics Consultations
Workspace evaluations with actionable recommendations. I assess desk height, monitor position, chair setup, and movement patterns. The goal is identifying issues early, before they become harder to manage, rather than waiting until someone is already hurting.
Workplace Education
Talks and workshops on movement, longevity, and biomechanics. Practical information your team can actually apply: proper positioning, movement frequency, and evidence-based strategies for staying healthy at a desk job.

The case for it
Why workplace MSK care makes sense.
MSK pain is common in office teams
Neck pain, lower back pain, and shoulder stiffness are consistently among the most common reasons employees seek care. Desk-based work is a significant contributing factor. Most cases are manageable with early assessment and appropriate treatment. The cost of leaving them unaddressed tends to compound over time, through reduced work capacity, clinic time, and eventual acute episodes.
Access removes the barrier to early care
Most people manage musculoskeletal pain by waiting. They wait to see if it resolves, wait until it's bad enough to justify a clinic trip, or work around it. The evidence suggests early intervention produces better outcomes than delayed care. Making care accessible at the workplace removes the main barrier: the inconvenience of booking an appointment elsewhere during working hours.
Flexible and no-contract
Sessions can be company-funded as a benefit, or offered as a convenient private-pay option for employees who want care without a clinic trip. No lock-in. No minimum session commitments. You can start with a single visit or educational talk and expand from there based on what your team finds useful.
